Fond childhood memories of helping her Mum in the kitchen, whipping up batches of family favourites, inspired Birgitta's love of baking. 

 

After working for many years as a respected in-house private chef, Birgitta returned to her true love of retro baking, which she's been doing for over 20 years. 

 

For the past 16 years, Birgitta has been a familiar face at quality markets across Sydney, delighting customers with her tasty treats. All of her products are handmade, small-batch goods made with quality ingredients. Birgitta also creates bespoke, made-to-order cakes for special occasions.

 

Birgitta loves what she does and is driven by her customers, whom she thrives to delight. You'll find Birgitta at Kings Cross Markets on Saturdays. Stop by, say hello and make your day extra special with one or more of her delectable treats.
